Jefferson Davis Council On Aging

     The Jefferson Davis Council on Aging received its charter from the state on December 17, 1969 November 1, 1972.  A thirteen member Board of Directors represents the membership of the parish.  The Board meets on a quarterly basis to set policy and establish procedures to govern the operations of the agency.  An advisory committee is responsible for a Four (4) Year Area Plan which is presented to the Board for approval.
